Canan Pratt is a real estate operating company that invests in real estate private equity transactions in partnership with major US and International investments funds, and other institutional investors. Canan Pratt invests across all asset classes and has historically made investments in Multi-Family, Office, Industrial Retail as well as specialty properties that include senior housing, medical office and resort/hotels assets.

DEBT INVESTMENT
& ASSET MANAGEMENT

Through its subsidiary, Canan Pratt Asset Management, LLC (“CPAM”), the company invests in real estate debt securities on behalf of institutional investors. Investments include whole loans, senior loans and mezzanine debt investments on portfolios and single properties across all real estate asset classes. CPAM typically originates loans and provides ongoing asset management services for investors over the life of the loan.

ADVISORY

Through its “Principal for Hire” program, Canan Pratt provides advisory services to major mezzanine funds, property owners and developers. This service is provided on a select basis, where the company’s expertise complements and investor or lender’s program. Example of past projects include advising lenders in construction situations, loan workout services, as well as arranging complex financings.

Canandaigua & Pratt Holdings (“Canan Pratt”) is a family owned real estate private equity firm based in the Washington, DC metro area. The company and its predecessors have been investing for more than 25 years in a diverse array of real estate and real property assets.

These investments have included multi-family, single family rental, Retail properties and operating companies, hotels, Industrial properties and office buildings. The company also has experience with specialty real estate properties such as senior housing, restaurants, service stations and marinas.
